With its private funding, Lendhub completes its first development loan over £1m
2018 Paperless loan applications
Lendhub launches online loan applications for streamlined, easy borrowing
2019 First major funding line secured
Lendhub secures its first major institutional funding line and completes over 50 loans
2020 Lendhub broadens its loan offerings
Development Exit loans are brought to the market, expanding Lendhub’s bridging loan offerings
2021 Two additional funding lines secured
Lendhub secures two additional major institutional funding lines and redeems over 100 loans
2022 Office relocation and team expansion
Lendhub’s team expands with 8 new hires and relocates to a larger office space
2023 Increased focus on technology
Lendhub begins its expansion plans by investing heavily in tech, with a goal to fully digitise the borrowing journey from enquiry to redemption
2024 Rebrand and new website launch
Marking the first step in its digital transformation, Lendhub launches its rebrand and new website
