The Finance Professional Show is always a key date in our calendar, and 2025 proved to be our most productive appearance to date.
This was the first time we showcased our brand new Quick Calculator. Throughout the day, brokers were generating instant terms, testing different scenarios, and seeing first-hand how quickly the tool can help them get opportunities.
Alongside the calculator demos, our team also spent the day discussing our newly updated Ground-up Development product, our wider product offering, and serving plenty of rolled ice cream, which once again proved to be a huge hit.

“This year felt different. Being able to run terms instantly with the calculator led to some incredibly productive conversations. It was also a great chance to see so many familiar faces, reconnect with people I haven’t spoken to in a while, and meet new brokers and developers. This was easily the busiest FP Show we’ve had, and the most meaningful from a origination point of view.”

“Taking brokers through the Quick Calculator was one of the highlights of the day for me. A lot of people were impressed with the calc handling bridging, refurbishment and development all in one place, so seeing their reaction when it produced instant terms was brilliant. It was great catching up with brokers I already know, but I also ended up meeting a lot of new people who were really interested in how we’re approaching tech this year. I also had countless conversations about our updated ground-up development product, the feedback on the rates, the flexibility, and how competitive it is compared to the market was incredibly encouraging.”

“This year we wanted to create an open, welcoming space for our stand visitors, all while bringing Lendhub’s recognisable modern, sleek branding to life. We brought back our famous rolled ice cream, which was a hit as always! The main event, however, was showcasing our Quick Calculator and spreading the word about our new funding line and enhanced Ground-up Development product.
A lot of work from our tech team went on behind the scenes leading up to the show, which enabled us to have two interactive iPad stations where Dan and Jack could show brokers the calculator and generate instant terms. All in all, this was our most successful FP Show to-date and I’m very much looking forward to next year.”
Hear from our brokers
As part of the Quick Calculator showcase, every attendee who submitted an enquiry using it was automatically entered into our Meta Quest prize draw. We had dozens of entries throughout the day, with many brokers praising its intuitive design and ease of process.
The winner was Chris Borwick from Capital B, who had this to say:
“Visiting the Lendhub stand was a real highlight of the show. The calculator was genuinely impressive, the team took the time to walk me through it and I used it to make an enquiry, it couldn’t have been easier. It was a great experience overall, and winning the Meta Quest just topped it off.”
Looking Ahead
The 2025 FP Show reinforced what we’ve been building toward: a lending experience that’s faster and easier for our borrowers and brokers.
The Quick Calculator was one of the highlights of the show, and the feedback we received has been invaluable. Our tech team is now putting those insights to work, refining a few final enhancements, after which we’ll be placing the calculator on our website homepage for everyone to use.
