At Lendhub, we’re passionate about developing talent from within. Our graduate hire programme is built on the principle that investing in people pays dividends not just for our team, but for the brokers, developers, and investors we partner with every day.

This approach has seen three of our graduates - Theo Goodman, Tom Williams, and Caimin Bugler - progress from Credit Analysts to Credit Managers in less than a year. Their development is a testament to their hard work and to the culture of support and opportunity we’re proud to offer at Lendhub. Each has brought a unique blend of dedication, passion, and a willingness to learn, proving themselves as invaluable members of the team.

“Joining Lendhub as one of their first graduate hires was an exciting moment for me. From day one I felt trusted to make real decisions and learn from the best around me. The support and responsibility I was given made all the difference. It’s been a brilliant journey so far, and I’m proud to see the company grow year on year, and myself with it.”

These graduates have already played key roles in some of our most successful deals. For example, Theo was instrumental in helping a Brighton-based investor secure a £786,000 refurbishment loan to refinance and refurbish a commercial property into an 8-bed HMO. Navigating lease plan hurdles and coordinating multiple stakeholders, Theo’s expertise enabled us to deliver a stress-free borrowing experience for the client.

Similarly, Tom helped facilitate a £1.35 million residential bridging loan for an investor who was looking to release equity from a two-bedroom flat in Islington to purchase a five-bedroom house in North London. Tom’s ability to address complex leasehold issues ensured the deal progressed quickly and efficiently.

Meanwhile, Caimin recently completed a £2.38 million refurbishment facility for a 10,000 sqft commercial-to-residential conversion under permitted development. With a tight timeline and challenges on the seller side, Caimin’s attention to detail and quick decision-making were vital in getting the deal across the line.

Having graduates who have grown within Lendhub means we have people who understand how we work, how the lending market operates, and how to get the best results for our clients and partners. They’re quick to embrace new technologies, adapt to challenges, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

A great example of recognising potential and playing to individual strengths is Jack Bruce’s story. Jack joined Lendhub as an Analyst alongside Theo, Tom, and Caimin, but it quickly became clear that his strengths lay in the front end of the deal process. With a natural ability to structure deals quickly and in line with borrower needs, Jack began leading on new enquiries, working closely with brokers and clients to shape transactions and issue DIPs at record speed. He’s made the role his own and was proudly named Employee of the Quarter in Q1 2025.

We recently sat down with Jack to chat about his role and his journey at Lendhub:

Nathan Culley joined Lendhub as a Credit Analyst and has already worked across more than 100 transactions. His drive, analytical mindset, and collaborative approach have made him a valuable part of the Credit team from day one.

Simar Manchanda has joined the portfolio team as a Portfolio Analyst. From the outset, Simar has demonstrated an impressive work ethic and a keen eye for detail, and works with the wider Portfolio team in ensuring our portfolio remains strong and well managed.

Finally, we recently welcomed Abie Berg to the credit team as a Credit Analyst. Abie has already shown great promise, playing an important role in our most recent £2.38 million completion, and quickly becoming an integral part of the team.

Reflecting on the success of our graduate programme, Max Herman, Director at Lendhub, had this to say:

“Supporting and developing young talent is key to our continued success. It brings fresh thinking, energy, and a drive to learn. It’s people with qualities like these that have been instrumental in our record-breaking quarters and landmark deals. I’m proud of how our graduates have stepped up, and excited to see how they continue to shape the future of Lendhub.”

These stories showcase our belief that with the right support, people can reach their full potential and achieve great things. We’re proud of every single graduate who has joined us and look forward to seeing even more of them thrive, and the ways they’ll help us, and our clients, achieve even greater success in the future.
